PAYMENT

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as Paypal when checking out. 

The site is fully secure and specific credit card details aren't viewed or stored.

 

DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days, usually sooner and a tracking number will be mailed to you. 

Please note that during sale or holiday periods, orders may take a little longer, but we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum.

All purchases within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail first class recorded.

All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail via international signed and tracked (if available) or signed for. This ensures that your item will get to you as quickly as possible as well as the added benefit of a tracking number and insurance, if things do go astray (hopefully not!)

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages.

 

RETURNS

Any unworn returns will be accepted within 14 days from receipt of goods. You will be be refunded for your purchase minus the shipping costs. Please be aware that all return postage is at the buyer's expense. Returns must be in their original packaging and wrapped securely with bubble wrap or in a padded envelope. We recommend sending returns via tracked method as we are not responsible for returned items until they are safely in our hands. 

On the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact on service@jenniferloiselle.com and repairs will be made.
